HIGH ALTITUDES

Your condition can be aggravated by high altitudes due to changes in blood pressure and oxygen levels. Traveling to high-altitude places should be avoided.

WEIGHT CONTROL

Diet plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Consume a nutritious and balanced diet by reducing salt and fat.
