Lower your Blood Pressure Using Breath Training

According to a new study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, a five-minute breathing workout can lower blood pressure more than exercise and drugs. As a result of practice known as “strength training for your breathing muscles,” working out for just five minutes daily lowers blood pressure and improves some measures of vascular health. This is the same as, or even better than, aerobic exercise or medication, according to research conducted by the University of Colorado at Boulder. To strengthen respiratory disease patients’ diaphragms and related muscles, Inspirational Breath Training was developed in the 1980s. There are different levels of resistance on the breathing exercise device that can be calibrated easily. E-units can be rinsed under water by removing the mouthpiece. To make cleaning easier, you can use an alcohol swab or antibacterial dish soap. Here is the research on the three top available models.
