According to a new study by Chinese researchers, three grams of fresh salmon daily can significantly lower blood pressure. In addition to providing numerous health benefits, omega-3 fatty acids found in fish may help the average adult achieve a modest reduction in blood pressure. In addition to reducing triglycerides and arterial plaque, omega-3 fatty acids also work to lower blood pressure. In veins and arteries, nutrients are also related to biological components such as fat. As a result of the fatty acids, the health of the body’s organs and its emotional well-being could be improved. There is already scientific evidence that omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial for lowering blood pressure, not only in salmon but in other foods and supplements as well. It remains unclear, though, what is the optimal amount of nutrients people should consume
